Beinlich Construction specializes in residential room additions and remodeling!

As you can see by the name, Beinlich Construction is a family-run business. The business was established by my father in 1968 (more than 40 years ago)!

We specialize in Design/Build remodeling projects, which means the contractor works with the Client to design their project and then builds the project to the Client’s specifications. In addition to streamlining the design process, the Design/Build concept helps the Client establish and maintain a realistic budget.

I work with my Clients from start to finish. You will not be “handed-over” to someone else to oversee your project. I will oversee every phase of your project. If you want to make changes or have any questions, you have a direct link to me.

We are licensed and insured. General Contractors are not required to carry liability insurance. However, we carry a $1,000,000 liability policy for your protection, as well as ours. Some of our competitors do not carry liability insurance at all.
